YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED

If you are unhappy with an item for whatever reason it can be returned for a refund or exchange with 28 days of receiving the item. The item must be in ” like new condition “, and must not have been used and have all the original labels attached. If we suspect the item has been used it will be returned to you and no alternative will be offered. Please enclose a copy of your delivery note or order conformation so we know who the item belongs too. Also, please specify if you would like a refund or exchange.

The returned items are your responsibility until we receive them and confirm your return. We will not refund or exchange any items that we have not received. All returns need to be sent to the address below at your cost and we recommend using a tracked or signed for service.

 

ITEMS TO BE RETURNED WHICH ARE FAULTY OR SUPPLIED INCORRECTLY

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part , we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs). ZeroNineMX will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

RETURNING CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Within 30 days of receiving your notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge – we cannot refund any priority or express component of the postage charge.
